why we do what we do

Making breakfast for families visiting and living on the Outer Banks is something we've done since 1981.  Our tradition of serving great breakfast:  pancakes, waffles, french toast, omelets, and homemade biscuits, is something we take seriously.  

We do what we do because it makes you smile and it makes us smile.  We believe that cooking with love is the only way to go.  Stop in and see for yourself!

Community Engagement

We are proud to sponsor many community events such as the annual Nags Head Woods Run. Stack 'em High is an annual sponsor of the Outer Banks Marathon which in turn supports the Dare Education Foundation and the Outer Banks Community Foundation. We are proud sponsors and friends of Jockey's Ridge, The Lost Colony, Food for Thought and the Food Bank of the Albemarle.

We've also adopted the Atlantic Beach street access to keep a small portion of our beach clean! It's our backyard and we like to keep it nice!
